EmpowerCanvas — 16 Months of Impact and Partnership
Our Partners
The Erasmus+ Project “EmpowerCanvas” has been a truly collaborative journey, bringing together organizations from three European countries with a shared goal: to empower youth through creativity, mindfulness, and resilience.

Together, these partners combined their expertise in arts, education, mental health, and community engagement to create innovative learning tools for youth and youth workers across Europe.
Showcasing 16 Months of Empowerment
Since its launch in April 2024, EmpowerCanvas has achieved significant progress in developing, testing, and sharing creative tools that build emotional strength and inclusion among at-risk youth.
Key achievements include:
Resilience Board Game developed and piloted with at-risk youth, integrating mindfulness and art-based activities to strengthen emotional and social skills.
ARTMIND Digital Platform launched as an open-access hub with resources and training materials for youth workers and educators.
Participatory Visit in Madeira (Portugal) involving diverse stakeholders and partners for collaboration and exchange.
Three Transnational Workshops conducted to train 45 youth workers and educators in creative and resilience-based methodologies.
Local engagement of more than 45 learners through EmpowerCanvas tools and activities.
Over 1,000 visits to the ARTMIND Platform since launch.
Engagement of more than 400 learners and youth workers through piloting sessions, community events, and dissemination activities.
Impact Highlights
Over the course of 16 months, EmpowerCanvas has contributed to meaningful change in youth empowerment and non-formal education across Portugal, Croatia, and Germany.
Main impacts:
Fostered emotional resilience, creativity, and problem-solving in at-risk youth.
Promoted inclusion and mental health through culturally sensitive art and mindfulness activities.
Supported youth workers with new tools for non-formal education and professional development.
Strengthened employability through soft skills and life skills training.
Enabled transnational collaboration to address shared challenges in youth engagement and well-being.
