Empowering Young LGBTQ+ Entrepreneurs: A Glimpse into Challenges and Progress Across Germany, Croatia, and Poland

Entrepreneurship is a powerful force for economic growth, innovation, and social change. For young LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs, launching a business offers not only a pathway to personal success but also a platform to challenge stereotypes, foster inclusion, and shape societal attitudes. Our latest report, “Challenges and Status of Young LGBTQ+ Entrepreneurs in Germany, Croatia, and Poland,” sheds light on the unique barriers and opportunities faced by these entrepreneurs in three distinct European contexts. Based on insights from a survey of 172 individuals and expert interviews, the report reveals the disparities in community support, access to funding, and societal acceptance that shape the entrepreneurial experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals.
