Final Evaluation Meeting in Poland

On 17 July, partners of the YOUTH BUILD project gathered in Poland for the final evaluation meeting, marking the official conclusion of the project’s implementation phase. This final meeting brought together representatives from all partner organisations to reflect on the results achieved, review feedback from piloting, and plan how the tools and methodologies developed will continue to be used in the future.

Purpose of the Meeting

The final transnational meeting focused on three main priorities:

  • Reviewing and finalising all project outputs

  • Evaluating piloting process, results and youth worker feedback

  • Planning sustainability, online training, future use and dissemination of the tools

Key Discussion Points on 17 July

  • How partner organisations will continue using the Compass and Coaching Cards

  • Opportunities to train more schools, NGOs and youth centres

  • Translations, online access and public sharing of materials

  • Keeping the methodology alive through future projects, workshops and networks

  • Final administrative and financial reporting responsibilities

Sustainability and Future Plans

Partners jointly agreed to:

  • Integrate the tools into their regular youth work and educational programmes

  • Share the results with local communities, schools and policymakers

  • Provide workshops, presentations and online access to materials

  • Continue promoting resilience, youth leadership and mental well-being beyond the lifespan of the project
