Learn About ARTMind
ARTMind is a digital platform designed to strengthen resilience and emotional well-being among young people through creativity, art, and mindfulness.
Developed as part of the Erasmus+ Project “EmpowerCanvas”, ARTMind provides youth workers, educators, and young people with practical, ready-to-use resources that blend reflection, self-expression, and empowerment.
Whether used in workshops, classrooms, or personal development settings, ARTMind supports both online and offline learning, making it an adaptable and inclusive tool for youth work in various contexts.
Objective
The main goal of ARTMind is to help at-risk youth build emotional resilience through creative engagement.
By combining artistic activities with mindfulness and guided reflection, ARTMind encourages:
Self-awareness and emotional regulation
Stress management and self-expression
Confidence and positive identity-building
Connection and empathy through art
Created with youth workers in mind, ARTMind serves as a comprehensive, easy-to-use toolkit that bridges creative practice with emotional learning.
Who Is It For?
ARTMind is an inclusive resource suitable for a range of users:
Youth Workers and Educators
Seeking structured, engaging, and ready-to-use resources to support at-risk youth in non-formal education settings — both online and face-to-face.

NGOs and Community Organizations
Working with vulnerable or marginalized youth populations and in need of accessible, evidence-based tools that foster inclusion, creativity, and well-being.

As end-users, young people can use ARTMind directly for self-reflection, creative expression, and personal development — discovering new ways to cope with everyday challenges.
