Recommendations for potential employers and youth workers working with young LGBTQ+

This handbook is created as a part of Erasmus+ Partnership: ‘The Choice is yours.’ Our handbook is foremost a guideline for those working with and employing
LGBTIQ+ young people, pointing out ways to build a working environment as well as relationships and communication based on respect, empathy, dignity and tolerance. It is also a great support for young LGBTQI+ themselves.
With the recommendations developed through an international and cross-sectoral partnership, we believe that our work has succeeded in providing unified standards that will work across Europe and beyond.

Development of the sectoral language programme focusing three sectors

Partners from Italy, Croatia, Germany and Slovenia has developed a Sectoral Language Programme, including the languages represented in the Consortium, plus English for long-term perspective exploitation. The programme is structured in three sections: one dedicated to the public administration ,one to the agricultural field and the third one to the financial and insurance activities.
