data-start=\"423\" data-end=\"492\">Second Webinar of the YOUTH BUILD Erasmus+ and You-Health project<\/strong>. This session centered around understanding psychosocial resilience, normalising mental health conversations, and introducing the <strong data-start=\"623\" data-end=\"644\">ASSESS\u2013BUILD\u2013LEAD<\/strong> framework that guides the project.<\/p><p data-start=\"681\" data-end=\"853\">The session was interactive, practical and deeply reflective, creating a safe space for participants to share real challenges faced by youth in different European contexts.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"860\" data-end=\"889\"><strong data-start=\"865\" data-end=\"889\">Goals of the Webinar<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"943\">The session focused on the following key objectives:<\/p><p data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"1543\">\u2714 <strong data-start=\"947\" data-end=\"1001\">Discovering the YOUTH BUILD and You-Health project<\/strong> and its mission to empower vulnerable youth<br data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1048\" \/>\u2714 <strong data-start=\"1050\" data-end=\"1091\">Understanding psychosocial resilience<\/strong> \u2014 what it is, why it matters, and how it can be strengthened<br data-start=\"1152\" data-end=\"1155\" \/>\u2714 <strong data-start=\"1157\" data-end=\"1206\">Normalising conversations about mental health<\/strong> in youth work, schools and communities<br data-start=\"1245\" data-end=\"1248\" \/>\u2714 <strong data-start=\"1250\" data-end=\"1304\">Teaching young people how to recognise safe adults<\/strong> and ask for help when needed<br data-start=\"1333\" data-end=\"1336\" \/>\u2714 <strong data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1402\">Opening a real discussion on the challenges youth face today<\/strong> \u2014 stress, loneliness, discrimination, anxiety, digital pressure<br data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1469\" \/>\u2714 <strong data-start=\"1471\" data-end=\"1517\">Explaining the ASSESS\u2013BUILD\u2013LEAD framework<\/strong> used across the project<\/p><h2 data-start=\"1550\" data-end=\"1591\"><strong data-start=\"1556\" data-end=\"1591\">ASSESS \u2013 BUILD \u2013 LEAD Framework<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"1593\" data-end=\"1721\">During the webinar, participants learned how the YOUTH BUILD project supports resilience using a structured three-step approach:<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1723\" data-end=\"1742\"><strong data-start=\"1727\" data-end=\"1740\">1. ASSESS<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"1743\" data-end=\"1987\">Help youth understand themselves.<br data-start=\"1776\" data-end=\"1779\" \/>\u2022 Introduction to the <strong data-start=\"1801\" data-end=\"1834\">Resilience Assessment Compass<\/strong> (self-assessment tool)<br data-start=\"1857\" data-end=\"1860\" \/>\u2022 Identifying emotional, social, coping and cognitive strengths and needs<br data-start=\"1933\" data-end=\"1936\" \/>\u2022 Creating safe, non-judgmental reflection spaces<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1989\" data-end=\"2007\"><strong data-start=\"1993\" data-end=\"2005\">2. BUILD<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"2008\" data-end=\"2341\">Develop resilience skills and coping strategies.<br data-start=\"2056\" data-end=\"2059\" \/>\u2022 Use of <strong data-start=\"2068\" data-end=\"2102\">Strengths-Based Coaching Cards<\/strong> to support emotional expression, problem-solving and optimism<br data-start=\"2164\" data-end=\"2167\" \/>\u2022 Stress-relief tools: breathing exercises, grounding techniques, journaling and peer sharing<br data-start=\"2260\" data-end=\"2263\" \/>\u2022 Encouraging positive identity, self-awareness and practical skill building<\/p><h3 data-start=\"2343\" data-end=\"2360\"><strong data-start=\"2347\" data-end=\"2358\">3. LEAD<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"2361\" data-end=\"2638\">Empower youth to take action, support others and lead change.<br data-start=\"2422\" data-end=\"2425\" \/>\u2022 Youth leadership, advocacy and peer-support roles<br data-start=\"2476\" data-end=\"2479\" \/>\u2022 Creating spaces where young people contribute actively, not just participate passively<br data-start=\"2567\" data-end=\"2570\" \/>\u2022 Encouraging responsibility, decision-making and community impact<\/p><h2 data-start=\"2645\" data-end=\"2692\"><strong data-start=\"2651\" data-end=\"2692\">Understanding Psychosocial Resilience<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"2694\" data-end=\"2743\">Trainers explored resilience as a combination of:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2744\" data-end=\"2987\"><li data-start=\"2744\" data-end=\"2822\"><p data-start=\"2746\" data-end=\"2822\"><strong data-start=\"2746\" data-end=\"2768\">Internal strengths<\/strong> \u2013 emotional regulation, confidence, problem-solving<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2823\" data-end=\"2905\"><p data-start=\"2825\" data-end=\"2905\"><strong data-start=\"2825\" data-end=\"2846\">External supports<\/strong> \u2013 safe adults, peer connections, community and belonging<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2906\" data-end=\"2987\"><p data-start=\"2908\" data-end=\"2987\"><strong data-start=\"2908\" data-end=\"2937\">Healthy coping strategies<\/strong> \u2013 instead of avoidance, aggression or isolation<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2989\" data-end=\"3145\">Participants reflected on resilience using real scenarios from their work with youth facing unemployment, migration, disability, trauma or social exclusion.<\/p><p data-start=\"4241\" data-end=\"4453\">More than 25 trainers and youth workers from Estonia, Croatia, Poland, Germany and other EU countries joined the webinar, along with several youth learners.
