Poland. These discussions were an essential step in co-creating the project\u2019s methodology and key outputs, including the Resilience Assessment Compass, Strengths-Based Coaching Cards, the Resilience Champions digital platform and training activities for youth workers.<\/p><p data-start=\"684\" data-end=\"876\">The purpose of this phase was to understand real challenges faced by vulnerable youth, learn from experienced youth workers and gather practical recommendations that will shape future outputs.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"904\"><strong data-start=\"886\" data-end=\"904\">1. Poland: Participants in Lifelong Learning and Youth Work<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"4014\" data-end=\"4207\"><strong data-start=\"4014\" data-end=\"4037\">Focus group format:<\/strong><br data-start=\"4037\" data-end=\"4040\" \/>\u2022 Data gathered over two weeks during adult learning and youth support activities<br data-start=\"4121\" data-end=\"4124\" \/>\u2022 12 participants actively contributed (educators, youth mentors, adult learners)<\/p><p data-start=\"4209\" data-end=\"4626\"><strong data-start=\"4209\" data-end=\"4228\">Key challenges:<\/strong><br data-start=\"4228\" data-end=\"4231\" \/>\u2022 Isolation and lack of meaningful relationships, despite constant online connection<br data-start=\"4315\" data-end=\"4318\" \/>\u2022 Pressure from education and labour markets, fear of being left behind or not good enough<br data-start=\"4408\" data-end=\"4411\" \/>\u2022 Low resilience to social media influence and constant comparison<br data-start=\"4477\" data-end=\"4480\" \/>\u2022 Limited access to growth opportunities, such as scholarships or training<br data-start=\"4554\" data-end=\"4557\" \/>\u2022 Low sense of control over life decisions and declining motivation<\/p><p data-start=\"4628\" data-end=\"4918\"><strong data-start=\"4628\" data-end=\"4647\">Support needed:<\/strong><br data-start=\"4647\" data-end=\"4650\" \/>\u2022 Practical coping skills: emotional regulation, stress management, problem-solving<br data-start=\"4733\" data-end=\"4736\" \/>\u2022 Stronger self-esteem and sense of identity<br data-start=\"4780\" data-end=\"4783\" \/>\u2022 Access to financial, educational and systemic support<br data-start=\"4838\" data-end=\"4841\" \/>\u2022 Mentoring and personalised coaching as the most effective form of support<\/p><h2 data-start=\"4925\" data-end=\"4988\"><strong data-start=\"4928\" data-end=\"4988\">5. Recommendations for the Resilience Assessment Compass<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"4990\" data-end=\"5127\">Across all three countries, youth workers and educators agreed that the Resilience Assessment Compass should measure the following areas:<\/p><p data-start=\"5129\" data-end=\"5313\">\u2022 Emotional regulation<br data-start=\"5151\" data-end=\"5154\" \/>\u2022 Coping strategies used during stress<br data-start=\"5192\" data-end=\"5195\" \/>\u2022 Social support and relationships<br data-start=\"5229\" data-end=\"5232\" \/>\u2022 Self-confidence and belief in one\u2019s abilities<br data-start=\"5279\" data-end=\"5282\" \/>\u2022 Hope and future orientation<\/p><p data-start=\"5315\" data-end=\"5563\"><strong data-start=\"5315\" data-end=\"5347\">Important design principles:<\/strong><br data-start=\"5347\" data-end=\"5350\" \/>\u2022 Use strengths-based language<br data-start=\"5380\" data-end=\"5383\" \/>\u2022 Include clear, simple wording and visual aids<br data-start=\"5430\" data-end=\"5433\" \/>\u2022 Ensure accessibility (paper-based, digital and facilitated versions)<br data-start=\"5503\" data-end=\"5506\" \/>\u2022 Make it reflective rather than diagnostic or clinical<\/p><h2 data-start=\"5570\" data-end=\"5610\"><strong data-start=\"5573\" data-end=\"5610\">6. Strengths-Based Coaching Cards<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"5612\" data-end=\"5698\">All focus groups confirmed that Strengths-Based Coaching Cards would be a useful tool.<\/p><p data-start=\"5700\" data-end=\"5901\">They help young people:<br data-start=\"5723\" data-end=\"5726\" \/>\u2022 Express thoughts and emotions in a safe, non-judgmental way<br data-start=\"5787\" data-end=\"5790\" \/>\u2022 Reflect on personal strengths, identity and future goals<br data-start=\"5848\" data-end=\"5851\" \/>\u2022 Engage in meaningful dialogue without pressure<\/p><p data-start=\"5903\" data-end=\"6027\">Suggested themes include:<br data-start=\"5928\" data-end=\"5931\" \/>\u2022 Personal strengths<br data-start=\"5951\" data-end=\"5954\" \/>\u2022 Coping and resilience<br data-start=\"5977\" data-end=\"5980\" \/>\u2022 Belonging and identity<br data-start=\"6004\" data-end=\"6007\" \/>\u2022 Dreams and goals<\/p><h2 data-start=\"6034\" data-end=\"6060\"><strong data-start=\"6037\" data-end=\"6060\">7. Youth Leadership<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"6062\" data-end=\"6252\">Participants across all countries agreed that youth leadership should be an essential component of resilience-building. Young people should not only participate but also lead. This includes:<\/p><p data-start=\"6254\" data-end=\"6429\">\u2022 Peer mentoring systems<br data-start=\"6278\" data-end=\"6281\" \/>\u2022 Youth-led workshops or activities<br data-start=\"6316\" data-end=\"6319\" \/>\u2022 Involvement in decision-making and programme design<br data-start=\"6372\" data-end=\"6375\" \/>\u2022 Recognition and celebration of youth contributions<\/p><p data-start=\"6431\" data-end=\"6506\">Leadership helps build confidence, responsibility and a sense of belonging.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"6513\" data-end=\"6533\"><strong data-start=\"6516\" data-end=\"6533\">8.
