Partners are now working together to plan <em data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"711\">what will be created, how it will be used, and how young people and youth workers will be included at every step<\/em>.<\/p><p data-start=\"714\" data-end=\"854\">This stage is about careful thinking, co-design, and ensuring that everything we produce is meaningful, practical, and rooted in real needs.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"861\" data-end=\"920\"><strong data-start=\"865\" data-end=\"920\"> What Outputs Are We Designing a Methodology For?<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"922\" data-end=\"990\">Partners are planning the methodology for all major project results:<\/p><ol data-start=\"992\" data-end=\"1513\"><li data-start=\"992\" data-end=\"1093\"><p data-start=\"995\" data-end=\"1093\"><strong data-start=\"995\" data-end=\"1028\">Resilience Assessment Compass<\/strong> \u2013 tool to assess resilience levels, challenges, and strengths.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1094\" data-end=\"1219\"><p data-start=\"1097\" data-end=\"1219\"><strong data-start=\"1097\" data-end=\"1131\">Strengths-Based Coaching Cards<\/strong> \u2013 interactive cards helping youth recognize their abilities and reflect on solutions.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1220\" data-end=\"1355\"><p data-start=\"1223\" data-end=\"1355\"><strong data-start=\"1223\" data-end=\"1264\">Resilience Champions Digital Platform<\/strong> \u2013For identifying and nurturing resilience champions among vulnerable youth.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1356\" data-end=\"1513\"><p data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1513\"><strong data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1382\">Training &amp; Piloting<\/strong> \u2013 methodology for training youth workers and testing project materials in real-life contexts with 30 youth workers and volunteers.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h3 data-start=\"1520\" data-end=\"1574\"><strong data-start=\"1524\" data-end=\"1574\">What Does \u201cMethodology\u201d Mean in This Stage?<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"1576\" data-end=\"1604\">Partners are now working on:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1606\" data-end=\"2201\"><li data-start=\"1606\" data-end=\"1696\"><p data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1696\"><strong data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1632\">Defining the purpose<\/strong> of each tool: Who will use it?
